ANNOUNCEMENT

We are moving to a single collective due date for ECAP submissions and project data.

Thank you all for your participation in the SE 2050 Commitment Program! We’re grateful for all of your hard work and feedback, so we’re excited to share an update with you regarding ECAP and project data due dates.

We are moving to a single collective due date for ECAP submissions and project data. Your due dates will no longer be based on your start date. Starting August 31, 2023 all signatory firm ECAP and data due dates will be March 31, 2024. This will continue to be the due date on an annual basis. See Table 1 for clarification on submitting your ECAP during this transition period. For annual program requirement guidance see Table 2 and 3.

There is no longer any grace period, so ECAPs submitted after March 31 any given year will not be accepted and your firm will NOT be considered an active signatory firm for that year. Firms are always welcome to re-join the commitment and submit the following year. During this transition period any signatory firm that is late on their ECAP submissions after August 31, 2023 will be considered inactive until March 31, 2024.

We feel during the first two years of the program the individual due dates served our signatories and our leadership team well. As we have grown and listened to our signatory feedback we have decided to make this change. We believe a single collective due date will simplify the onboarding and submission process. This will allow the SE 2050 team to communicate more effectively with signatories so we can better support your needs. We are giving a 3-month window for your firm to submit materials because we know workloads can peak at different times for different firms. You are welcome to complete and publish your ECAP at any point during the year, but your yearly submission for SE 2050 should be submitted within the given window.

Please reach out if you have any questions.
